During the retreat you will have the fortune of having two of the most incredible talented people, Anne Marie and Benjamin Eckerman known as ‘Los Cosmiqueros’, to take you on a Sacred Sound Cacao Ceremony and Tribal Ecstatic dance journey, as well as having them cater for you with 100%, organic, plant based food, made with pure heart and love. Their catering company is known as ‘La Pachamama Organica’ And top top it off you will also be blessed to have the incredible Spiritual healer, shaman, Jenny Lynne on board to facilitate a couple of workshops in ‘How to be your own medicine’.

There will be 2 daily classes suitable for all levels, which will vary from restorative to dynamic, alignment focused and strengthening. In-between there will be plenty of time and opportunity to relax, take a massage, go horse riding, beach walking, visit the mud baths, explore the old and quaint town of Tarifa or you may just simply prefer to rest and lounge by the pool.
